.Long, long time ago, in 1969, during the first ecological summit in Buenos Aires, from the World Metheorological Association, respectively from the experts from the Section for climatology comes one serious warning connected with beginning of formatting of one big the "smoke-cloud" system over the area of the Asian continent, with intention of hes volume expansion. This moment cloud was spread over a 1/6 of the Asian surface and some microclimatic changes in wide Asian area yet was registered. But in same time was registered and formatting of second "smoke-cloud" above the Persian Gulf and therefore some of world famous climatology experts sent one warning communication to all Governments in the World, especially to the Presidents of mighty industrial States that this is the last time for beginning with action to reduce quantitiy of the exhaust gasses in industry and traffic. Result of those warnning communique was meeting in Kyoto and the "Kyoto Protocol" but until today this Protocol is NOT SIGNED from lot of mighty industrial States, leading by USA.....OK, let's get back on upthere mentioned "smoke-clouds". Todays situation with him can explain all those storms, blizzards and themperature strikes. The Asian "smoke-cloud" now cover around 1/3 of the Continent (growth of 100%), the fatness of cloud layer is 3000 meters of vertical direction, and all the time he hover in left-right direction from line Ural-Characorum-Himalai up to the Chineese sea-coast. The Persians Gulf "smoke-cloud" with his left leg cover area up to Mediterranean Sea coast but the right leg got intention to join with leg of the Asian cloud...and can you imagine final cosequences now?....Finally, somebody can ask: "What kind of clouds could be that much dangerous, taht can change climatic conditions in wide area of the World?" Ooou yeah, it is possible beacuse this clouds are products of hard oils burning, no matter did it is from industry or from our cars. This clouds contain small fragments of carbonised hard oil products, mixed with nitrogen and freons. Those carbonised particles comes from hard oils destillation refineries, from exhausts of ours cars, from chimneys of hard industry e.t.c. Problem is that this particles always hover in atmosphere and flyin' with winds all around the Earth. Finally, winds brigs him in mentioned clouds. Because of concentration of this particles and gasses both of clouds got transparent brown colour and therefore clouds reduce the Sun-flow to the surface for more than 15%. VERADISCA JOKE: The blonde girl's decide to buy new TV. She walk in the Shopping Centre's section with household devices and carefuly look at exposed models. One of them looks very attractive and she call the seller: "I'd like to buy this TV!" says blonde. "Tell me more about him." Seller's smile and said: "Sorry, we don't sale it to blondes." Girl feels embarrassed and shurg one's shoulders but in her brain "flashing" one good idea. She's hurry runs back home and paint her hair in red and then turn back in same Shopping Center. She again call seller and show with finger in same device. "I'd like to buy this TV!" says girl. Seller wags with head and reply: "We can not sell it to blondes! Sorry!" Girl get angry and run at the hairdresser in same Shopping Centre to paint hair in black. Then she's return to the same seller and with angry move of hand show on same model. "I'd like to buy this one!" says blonde. Seller reply again: "Sorry dear, but we really can not sell it to blondes!" "Hey," shouts girl, "what you are blind...or you are quite idiot? I AM NOT BLONDE, CAN'T YOU SEE IT?" "Oh yes, I see that!" says seller and show with finger on the girls favourite device. "But this is not TV dear, this is the MICROWAVE!"
